After graduating with honors from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, Shilpa Shah was first licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Ohio in 1995 and then by the State Bar of Texas in 1998. She has worked in the private sector as an associate in the Cleveland office of the national law firm, Baker Hostetler, and as a Legal Practice Professor at the Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas.
Ms. Shah's practice focuses solely on family-based immigration. Since opening her own practice in 2010, Ms. Shah has had pleasure of representing clients from across the Panhandle and around the world. Ms. Shah represents clients in immigration matters before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as well as before U.S. Consulates and Embassies around the world. Currently, Ms. Shah focuses her practice on family-based immigration, citizenship, and non-immigrant visas.
Ms. Shah has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2010.
